Supersonic Combustion Modeling and Simulation on General Platforms

چکیده

Supersonic combustion is an advanced technology for the next generation of aerospace vehicles. In last two decades, numerical simulation has been widely used investigation on supersonic combustion. this paper, modeling and general platforms are thoroughly reviewed, with emphasis placed turbulence turbulence–chemistry interactions treatment which both essential engineering computation It found that Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes methods have provided useful experience in design combustion, while large eddy need to be utilized further developed these platforms. Meanwhile, species transport models as a kind reasonable model accounting achieved good results. With development new models, especially those designed recent years high-speed based expected mature future.
